Matthew Wallin serves as President of Maverick Development, LLC and is responsible for implementing the firm’s long-term strategy and capital strategies. He is a member of CCIM and IREM and has completed ULI Center for Leadership program, while actively involved in multifamily project development and management. Mr. Wallin worked as a registered representative and was licensed to solicit for the sale of securities, annuities, and an assortment of other financial products offered by LPL and Country Financial. Mr. Wallin has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Portland.
Jeff Wallin has over three decades of leadership experience managing high volume grocery stores. Jeff brings deep operational expertise and a proven track record in large-scale management. Prior to joining the development industry, he served as General Manager of an international import-export business, where he streamlined logistics, returned the business to profitability, and prepared an exit for ownership. As COO, Mr. Wallin oversees all aspects of operations, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and alignment with Maverick Development’s goals.
